Bento Marathon

hoho.. lama da tak share bekal yg i masak pagi2 kan..
hari ni upload sekali harung je la ye....
Alhamdulillah.... dikurniakan kesihatan yg baik..boleh la i masak tiap2 hari utk bekal si suami.
tapi kekadang tu.. dtg hari letih sedunia...i just masak utk bfast je... lunch pepandai la dia mkn kt cafe
kalo tgk...hampir sama je menu setiap hari... tapi ada musim jugak tau... musim wrap, musim roti pita, musim roti wholemeal, baked bean, limau, pear, grapes. hihihi. ..tukar2 menu..ikut demand si suami, and selera si isteri.

Minggu ni dia da start keje 5.30pg. giler awal! 4.30pg da kena bangun.... kalo utk i, pagi baru nk msk...kul 3.45pg i da bangun... tu kalo rajin la... kalo malas....masak siap2 before tido. hohoho.

Bekal utk hari special... His birthday. hihihi. siap ada strawberry & blueberry lg. hikhik


rasanya ni da terputus bekalan telur...so, just buat chicken wrap tu extra besar.
Breakfast: chicken wrap and celery stick
Lunch: Spaghetti goreng with chicken pepperoni and vege
Snacks: pears 

Breakfast: chicken wrap, grilled dory fish
Lunch: Spaghetti goreng  vege
Snacks: pears and oranges


ni dia request nk mkn wrap saje.

tengah testing brown rice. Ayam berempah actifry, pakej lengkap dgn sayur bayam tumis air.
kalo kompleks mcm ni...selalunye jatuh hari offday i. hihi.. leh masak extra special sket.

musim yogurt plak... kt opis i ada jual yogurt murah... 4 yogurt, rm5

Lunch: Spaghetti with vege and grilled salmon
Snacks: pomegranate

masa ni si suami request nk sayur goreng asing2 dari spaghetti. spaghetti plak just goreng plain je...letak garlic. musim anggur da kembali..
Breakfast: chicken wrap, scrambled egg, yogurt.
Lunch: Spaghetti with chicken pepperoni, mix saute vege.
Snacks:grapes

dia da request nk roti plak. no more wrap. 
ok... kalo ada roti..gandingan yg mantap..haruslah baked bean.
Breakfast: wholemeal bread, cheese, chicken slice, baked bean, vitagen, 
Lunch: Spaghetti, chicken pepperoni, mix vege.
Snacks: pear and grapes.


BIG Breakfast last week. selalu hari jumaat mmg buat bfast saje.

Breakfast: French toast, wholemeal bread, chicken pepperoni, scramble egg, cherry tomato
Lunch: Kabsah Lamb with rice (tapau dari saba)
Snacks: pear and grapes


Big breakfast for today :)
French toast, wholemeal bread, chicken and beef salami, scrambled egg with mushroom, cherry tomato, baked bean, vitagen, apple pie and grapes. Semangat giler buat apple pie sendiri... arghhh... leh mkn bnyk2. no more apple pie mcd. hihihi

ok.. da habis... nnt next month i share lg. hahahah
semoga dpt beri inspirasi pada org lain....
bila da biasa buat bekal hari2...da jadi rutin harian utk i. 
Penat mcm mana pon... i akan masak jugak..atleast utk dia breakfast kt opis..
sbb dia pegi keje awal pg...mana ada org jual nasi lemak tepi jln ke ape... pastu kalo nk turun beli kt food court midvalley tu...da kena buang masa plak...so, nak tak nak...i wajib buatkn bfast utk dia. :)

i sgt beruntung dpt suami yg nk bawa bekal ke opis. hikhik... tak semua org nk mkn bekal dari rumah kan? i sendiri tak lalu nk mkn bekal kt opis. hahaha..kecuali roti. kalo bawa roti, sandwich ke...confirm i mkn.

memang sangatlah rajin. Tambah pula awak keje tak tentu masa..
Kadang-kadang tertanya juga awak keja apa sebenarnya.
Nanti ceritalah macamana awakmanage untuk masak tiap-tiap hari ni..

Saya pun tak lalu sangat kalau bawa bekal ke ofis. Sebabnya kat ofis takde microwave nak panaskan balik. huhuhu

@nurin khairi yup.. betul.. beli brand mission mcm sedap sket. hihi...kat carefour kekadang ada promotion..beli 2 rm13 kot, tp kalo nk murah.. bley beli brand carefour je.. ada gak diorg buat.
